Ah, okay.

That's what I thought, but I forgot that Dictatorship and Democracy both start with D so there would have to be another letter, so I couldn't figure out what it was supposed to be. >.< Sorry.

No it makes sense, I just somehow had d as both democracy and dictatorship in my head as I forgot about the other one.

Also, I'm hoping DemonicSpoon had a plan for what they were doing with that Diesel fuel, though I may have screwed myself over by not being hyper-expansionist before Explosive Shells gets researched by everyone.

I do have the crappiest research rate of all going-to-survive player nations.
