When a Rebellion occurs, invisible fortifications are built (hence +2 bonus to rebels), once the province is destroyed, these invisible fortifications are razed!

I think I'd bet on Belgium winning, one way or another, at this point. It's really just a matter of time, and though I'm willing to fight to the end, the facade of innocence will start grating, I'm certain, as will the RNG screwing me over on the rare occasions I do have the higher bonus to the roll. Also the 'giving people shit so they don't trade with me'. That's been more than a little annoying. (No offense meant, Sheb; it mostly means it's working, unfortunately, and the RNG probably isn't your doing).

Especially considering the negotiations I've been trying to do have basically resulted in other countries saying things along the lines of 'well, resistance sounds well and good and all, but really I think it'd be better for us to side with Belgium and see if we can get them to let us sorta win with them'. :/

But alright. Once Toaster decides whether or not he will assist in keeping the Belgian War of Aggression in check, I suppose we'll see.
