So, A. You can't move a unit two provinces unless it's starting, middle, and ending provinces have railroads. You cannot move 9 to 11, you cannot move 15 to 19, and you cannot move 10 to 14.

Hey, it's not that bad. If 19 hold, you will be generating 4 Armies/turn north of the Wall the Caucasus, same as Karelia. The rebels might loose you the game, but that's more a reflection that Karelia didn't have a fighting chance without them.

What was DS advice?

And yeah, you can't send that many troops to 19. If I were you, I'd do 10 -> 11, 14 -> 13, 17 -> 19, 9 -> 17 and 2*15 -> 14.

Edit: Also, PlayerGamer is one of those silly pacifist. So you're still the best military power, without even counting Turkey.

DoubleEdit: Alternatively, don't attack 19 and build an HQ in14 instead.
