Anyone here play Terraria?

I started up a new world and had begun carving out a little Fortress.  Then I thought, "Who else would enjoy the massive crafting & adventures involved in creating a Fortress?  The people who play Dwarf Fortress", lol.  If there is enough interest, I will boot up my old server for Terraria multiplayer with DF-minded peeps.

Weren't they trying to make a Terraria 2, or some other Terraria-like successor?

Terraria: Otherworld, it's tangential to Terraria.  Terraria itself will still be receiving the 1.3 update, and possibly additional updates at a later time.  Terraria 2 is planned as separate and distinct from Otherworld, but no info on that other than Redigit intends to make it.

Oh wow, I thought Halloween '14 was the final update.  Looks like 1.3 is slated for late June / early July.  I'll come back to this thread when the new version drops, then :)
