Uhh, okay, I guess, although since he's an Aevae you can assume something went wrong with his Ark.

Also, Arks are like fallout vaults that cryogenically freeze people until conditions are good again. Mr expy must have had some radiation fun times.

Appearance: A tall, lanky male human, with pale eyes, no hair to speak of(it gets in the way of his gear)

Personal information: Gar was born in the mountains, raised in the mountains, and learned from whatever he could, obsessed with knowledge. It wasent until he was a full six years of age that he was taken by his family to the city, where he learned about books. From then onwards, whenever he wasnot fixing anything from a rifle to a homemade APC he was reading a book. However, he took this love of books a bit too far, hiding books from his clan in fear they would sell them or worse, use them as kindling. When they found him out, they kicked him out, thinking he would die within a manner of days. He has sofar survived for three years on his own.

Anyway, it turns out the lake wasn't very interesting, so we're all having a party in the boat instead without leaving the dock.

In other words, no one will ever miss the boat.

On a side note I feel Harvey would do good to be paired up with Gar.

EDIT also unless you are planning to put the last 20 points into Luck AND Charisma, you should probably assign the rest of them.

Personally I would like a flavorpost. I have no idea what the inside of an Ark looks like. And I have a most people haven't a clue what they should do due to the lack of flavorpost.
