Hey, I considered joining Izzet when I was making Varkahl; it was one of the few guilds I could readily remember and it seems to match much of his theme. I'm still unsure if that's the path I want to take, however.

So are we waiting on ragnarok's turn?

Hey, I wouldn't discard her using area shenanigans or hitting the weaker planeswalkers - us - if they decide to do something funny. Talking of which, Jeff's still at 1 LP and our healer left.

...Though the spoiler said he's back at 5 LP. When did that happen?

To be honest, fleeing this scene is quite a reasonable decision. The only reason Varkahl still hasn't escaped is that despite his inner attempts to be reasonable, he still has some burning blood and happens to be pissed at the Azorius at some degree.

He's guildless, they're part of a murder-happy oppressive structure and his temptation to take the logical way out and escaping is being beaten by a shot at helping someone who might've been attacked for the same reason the PC group was - none at all.

Huh, I need to fix that LP thing.

Relatively decent early-midgame creature that's very situationally useful, mostly when the other guy is using swarms.

Best they have.

...

Well, she's a 4/4.

Which...

Those are some... decent stats?

On the other hand, she has a CMC of five, two of which have to be a specific element, for a total deck cost of nine. Especially since she costs two DIFFERENT types of mana, meaning if you have just one you're kinda screwed.

She's ah...

She's side deck material, IF you run something that lets you jump her in and out of play...

Except for one less mana (and not multicolor) you can just drop something that nukes most swarm creatures as soon as they come into play. And is an enchantment, meaning that it's about a hundred times harder to get rid of.

All in all, kinda disappointing, useful in certain situations but certainly not a wincon unless your opponent simply can't get rid of her and has nothing higher than cmc4.

I have two-drops that are better than her.

@Sanure: are you picking only cards from the Ravnica blocks? I forget.

And it's ragnarok's turn just in case he happened to miss the update.

The uncommons and Rares are the best picked from Core Sets and RtR Block. Mythics are from all sets.
