It's still usefull removal, as it prevents them from using their toughness as a defense mechanism. They take maximum damage from an attack.

Unfortunately, it only lasts until end of turn. Normally the intent is to make someone dead within that turn, but... I would have better saved it for my own turn, then.

Maybe when toughness hits 0 it stays at 0? It certainly doesn't reverse in the card game.

Well, If it hits 0 toughness in the Card game, they typically die. hmm, Let me think for a bit and come up with a solution.

Not really, It's better to have a canon plane as your home, since it gives me plenty of work with material, but you can always make your own if you want.

Yeah, Foundry Street may work though I couldn't find much in the way of detail about it. Most of what Varkahl did before becoming a planeswalker probably broke the Senate's regulations but then again it seems most of those are broken by almost everyone.

His origin shall stay in Ravnica, then. Not sure if it's the best or worst type of ignition: be from Ravnica, planeswalk into Ravnica.
