Wrong, It gets them added and they stay. Counters added do not vanish unless otherwise stated by the card or removed via other cards.

*facepalm* I did say counters didn't I (Common sense that counters aren't removed normally )? I should have left off the 'only' in my last sentence, cause then my point would have been accurate... Yeah, counters are not removed unless an effect removes them.

@Caellath, He started out as a White Angel, Then was corrupted changing his W into B. He only has 2 Color Identities due to that. Also, His Stats are correct. He pmed me with how he spent them early yesterday.

Correct. If you have 5 memory, you can have up to 5 cards.


Also, Something that I want to make sure is clarified before hand: Even if you lose a color Identity, The bonus it gave you stays with you.

So if you were WWB the lost one W, you still get the +2 Focus from having had WW. Makes sense?

You can start off being a Fallen angel which doesn't have any bonuses other than being flying or Intimidate. But since PN went with a Serra angel that became corrupted, well, yeah.

Oh, ok. And since people are asking and I'm now confused, don't you start with your Memorized Spells instead of your (Memory) number of spells? I went with the former since that seemed to be what the rules implied; the latter means the GM would have to draw two cards for everyone with Memory 5.

No, what it is is that you start with (Memory) number of spells, So in most cases most people start with 5 spells. THen each turn, you draw 1 spell rounded up. There are some rules in the OP I have yet to change, as I haven't got around to it yet.

I lied. It is already in the combat rules: Channeling Phase: The character may add the next spell from their Library to their Memory.

Yep, but it doesn't say how many spells you get at the start of a confrontation so I assumed it was the number of Readied/Memorized ones. Welp, I started with my three Readied ones instead. Could you please draw me two cards then?

By the way, the Tragic Slip should reduce the Arrester to 1/0 and therefore technically kill him-- I just put the part about sticking the foot out for some nonlethal flavor.
