Yes to the first, and no to the second.

Adding larger modules typically means more space taken up; in this case, it remains the same because it's fitting a larger amount of material more efficiently. Having a Large constructor means you can build Bombers, or two simultaneous Interceptors. Huge would let you build two simultaneous Fighters. You'd need another Huge to build Corvettes, and if you wanted to try to build anything bigger, you're better off just using the modules as the start of a dedicated Station/Shipyard.

I'm still not certain how Ammo works, mostly, I think is what I meant. What are the percentages of?

I was going to make the Symphony of the Void, but...creating ships is hard. Takes a while, and we still don't have prices and sizes ironed out for Grav Cannons.

And, Fleet with proper bonuses and components added (I believe.) I am sure that I will have to change these again as players go "You know, I'm going to change my bonus to this/decide my bonus" or tinker, change names, swap fighters for Interceptors and/or Bombers, correct my errors, etc.

It's actually a pretty decent fleet. Twenty small ships, all of which are hyper capable and have the carrier/repair ship to back them up; three medium ships that gain most of the perks of the biggest and toughest when under the unified command of the cruiser; a double-tubed missile battlecruiser; an energy battlecruiser, a tough supercruiser halfway between the two; an industrial ship; and a freighter for supplies. It doesn't have a true ship of the wall, but given that your battle fleet can go at least 460g and travel at 4.9 light years a day, you're (hopefully) not going to have to face any.

I think it's a great fleet for anything below full scale Star nation battles: Patrols, escort, anti-piracy, police actions, piracy, raids ...

Not suited for any real civilian duties, nor for truly deep spying missions or the like, though a bit of stealthy scouting might be feasable.
Are we a completely mercenary race/group? I ask because the Alliance is kinda low on our list. If it's a money thing, Captain Ozarckus wishes to milk the Alliance as much as possible, if the League doesn't have a better offer. Hey, are all these offers from the Alliance? What about everyone else?

I am going to assume that the Fleet is going to have a neutral reputation, and that means pretty much everyone who knows of you will make offers. Some are going to be limited because they don't have a special contact by which to offer the Fleet missions and don't particularly trust them enough to offer a whole lot.
I was unclear. Are the Rift conglomerate a completely mercenary race / group? Their race/political relations are all represented by dollar signs
