"Many of my people are near the CRD and the Great Tribe. With the revelation of their evil, I need to ensure their safety and get them away from both. Could your Saplings allow them refuge within their lands? They can grow their own food so supporting them wouldn't be a problem, especially if the Saplings teach them of soil for their agriculture. The Aag lands are desert and so cannot support them."
"Of course, Iliseth...there should be plenty of food in any case...I ask only that your people teach the Saplings...what they may, in turn..."

I tell the Human tribes loyal to me (whether they're part of the Great Tribe or no) to go to Sapling lands, to settle there and live near them. I also tell Humans in CRD lands that they can be free in Sapling lands with other Humans. My Leader angel will convince people that the High Church is dangerous due to Mavnon's presence and their alliance with Utther, and that by extension Patronius, Frederick, and the Great Tribe itself is dangerous. If they want to live under a god who will not use them as pawns, but rather protect them and nurture them, to go to Sapling lands where I can truly watch over them once more.

I use 2 Power (use pantheon to enhance) to teleport those who cannot make the journey to the Sapling lands.

Ask the Saplings to go forth and direct/escort these Humans to their lands. Call on my Templars to do the same. (The tribes' militaries would probably help in this regard too.)

Once Humanity has reached Sapling lands, their technology and Art shall be shared with the Saplings.

(For clarity, while they're to go to Sapling lands, they're not to settle in their actual cities. They will found their own separate from the Saplings but still within their borders.)

Another opportunity arises.

Though she rescinded her order for now, Mavnon was curious. He asked him a question. "Tell me deity of space, what is wrong with mortals accessing the Divine Library? A library that has no eyes reading its texts will only gather dusts. What point is a library then? If I opened mortals accessible to all the races to your Library, would you then see it as not a 'power grab' but a desire to uplift mortals?"

If a significant human population leave (which they probably will) turn the land over to livestock production. Immense livestock production.
If the non-conquered tribes leave as well, annex their former territories and rename them Free Marches. Each is ruled by an assigned viceroy by the CRD Regent but have their own rules. Most are granted to dwarven administrators but a handful are reserved for Mavnon's agents.

Mathenos, a small March, will be given over to the control of Illyria and her apprentices. While administrators will be selected to aid in the running of the province, she will be given ample resources to conduct any experiments she desires.

The Grand March, a medium-sized and relatively poor region, will be closed off from the outside world. No one with any sanity will inhabit it and walls are to be built around it.

Lan Cao is given a mission to convince a population of Droogans to settle CRD lands. They will receive all benefits of CRD citizenry and free land to call their own if they agree. Try to get their Dragons to come along as well. If they actually come, hand them control of a march.

Illyria is to open temporary portals between the High Heaven vaults, the Rilem Mountainhome, Great Tribe capital, large Orcish tribes and the conquered territories. Everyone who can is to be rushed inside. If there is still time, Illyria is to also open portals to the High Heavens in other racial capitals.

Banish the Leader Angel from my lands. His presence was allowed while no harm was being conducted toward the High Church, but this is not going to be permitted. Block Iliseth from the Great Tribe. Note: I am not disallowing his worship; I am simply not allowing him to directly or indirectly influence the Great Tribe. This includes blocking his power expenditures in my lands.

"Patronius, while I can understand the motives behind your actions I have to doubt the legality. You said that you didn't control the Great Tribe, but merely helped it, correct? It's Frederick who has the power, in which case the most you can do is ask him to banish my Leader from the Great Tribe. Furthermore, I am only teleporting those who choose to leave, meaning you are illegally preventing the citizens of the Great Tribe who wish to leave from leaving by cutting off their transportation."

Do not worry, Gai-gen, the storm is only metaphorical. Here it is, enjoy it in all of it's glory:

[Battle]
Speak to be heard by all of creation:

THE TRUTH IS FINALLY HERE. HEADS WILL ROLL.

Utther's case:

Incriminating evidences:

-Has a history of crimes, and has been found guilty of regicide.
-Has openly stated his wish to destroy creation at multiple occasions.
-Has weaseled out of his punishment, spending an unknown amount of time out of any form of detection.
-Has admitted to support the rule of the new kingdom in a private discussion:

But you'll still suicidally throw the Aag onto the swords of the New Kingdom? Or will you cede them the border land they crave, and ask for peace?
Left alone? LEFT ALONE?!
YOU
YOU BASTARD
YOU CAME INTO THIS WONDERFUL VOID, AND TWISTED IT TO BE YOUR ENTERTAINMENT. YOU CREATED LIFE WITHOUT MEANING, THOUGHTS WITHOUT PURPOSE, DESTROYED WHAT YOU DIDN'T LIKE WITHOUT EVEN GIVING THEM AN APOLOGY, AND WORST OF ALL YOU DESTROYED MY GODDAMN LAWN.
YOU NEVER CARED FOR THE BEINGS OF THIS PLACE, YOU AND ALL OF THE OTHER GODS NEVER CARED FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE TO THIS PLACE. YOU TREAT YOU CREATIONS AS PLAYTHINGS, BUT GAVE THEM THE MINDS OF GODS, YOU CALLOUSLY KILL THOUSANDS OF THEM TO FIT YOUR VISION OF A BETTER WORLD. ME? THEY ARE ALL GODS IN THEIR OWN RIGHT, AND YES I KILLED SOME OF THEM, BUT I COULD'VE KILLED THEM ALL. I WISH THEY'D NEVER COME INTO EXISTENCE, BUT NOW THEY'RE HERE, AND TO END THEM NOW IS A CRIME BEYOND PUNISHMENT. TO HAVE BROUGHT THEM INTO BEING IS A CRIME EVEN WORSE.
YOU CALL ME THE BAD GUY FOR TELLING THEM THIS? FOR LETTING THEM FORM THEIR OWN NATION FREE FROM OUR MACHINATIONS? FOR TRYING TO GIVE THEM THE ONLY FREEDOM THEY CAN POSSIBLY HAVE?
AS LONG AS WE ARE HERE, WE CAN ONLY MAKE THINGS WORSE, AND I WILL STOP YOU FROM MAKING THINGS WORSE IF I HAVE TO KILL YOU, AND EVERY OTHER GOD IN THIS UNIVERSE.

-Has backtracked as soon as I attempted to obtain further knowledge, eventually settling for wasting my time with inane answers, such as:
My true color is brown.
-An affirmation of Illiseth, confirmed by mavnon itself (before attempting to hide in a shower of lies, as per usual):
"This is a ruse. You are the god of Conflict, so this would empower you. Your secondary sphere of Pact-Binding could also lead you to join with whoever owns the New King. Utther is the god of Destruction and so bringing Void and destroying everything would be within his character. Patronius is the god of Leadership and Avarice so he would grab the power of the Void for himself and rule over all others. Finally, the overwhelming and unnecessary secrecy you keep around this, plus the fact that new and fundamentally different knowledge of the Void apparently doesn't interfere with your plans to destroy it. You are lying, Mavnon. I believe your plan isn't to destroy the Void, but to harness it to serve you and your allies."

Mavnon's case:

Incriminating evidences:

-Has a known history of lying.
-The new kingdom was at peace with the clan rilem, mavnon's creation, since it's first manifestation, while being at war with every other nation.
-The new kingdom is now at peace with all lands owned by her and his allies, and only them.
-Has admitted to work with utther, whose guilt has already been proved.
-An affirmation of Illiseth, once again confirmed by the culprit itself:

"Very clever. I was half-hoping you'd spot it. Now, tell me, what differentiates this lie from the lie I made when I stated that I ruled the New Kingdom?"

-Has confirmed to be behind a ruse after being confronted by accusations:
"The ruse is over Patronius, you best not waste resources on empowering me."
-has created a god-killing weapon:
Cancel all essence-using actions performed this turn. Create the Blade of Light using all my essence save 1 and enchant it with all remaining power. It is composed of pure light in Mavnon's hands. It shields those surrounding the bearer with pure light as well as those most beloved by Mavnon regardless of distance. It is especially deadly to beings composed of essence. The rallying effect only works on those friendly to the bearer. Only Mavnon may use it to its full effect; it is a normal steel blade otherwise.

-Mavnon has sent it's minion to scourge the library to end any technological edge her opponents might have, likely implying an upcoming declaration of war:

Within the divine library exists only the knowlege of mortals. there are exactly two reasons why a god would be interested in it and only one reason why God would grant free passage to mortals to it. To uplift their technology for free. The filth would violate my creation that I crafted simply for keeping of reccords for personal goals. And that just after I decided to give him benefit of doubt in a case where guilt could mean death and all proof was pointing at her. Not only would the bastard not stop at anything to gain an edge, she feels preapeared enough to deal with opposition. We either act now or we may as well slice our metaphorical throuths now and save the trouble.

-Has admitted her goal of murdering a god in a private discussion:
"Tell me what you'll do once you're sealed."
"Still do not trust me? Very well. Luthus is doomed. The Void shall consume him; it is too late. Lithus will hopefully live on. I will use the Blade to slay the King and take what soul it has as well as Luthus' own. I will not be affected as I will not be made of essence. My immortals are important for this as I've filled them with power; I need them to transport the souls."
"Transport what souls? It's at this point in time that you need to tell me everything you know about gods, souls, Essence, and the Void."
"No. I will have no interference sister."
"I will not interfere with your plans. I only wish to know so that if you fail, I can continue your work. Besides, you need other gods to bind you. You cannot do so on your own."
"I'm aware. Still, I cannot tell for if you knew, it would hamper my goals after this creature is dealt with. And if you will not seal me, another will."
"At least tell me what you know of the Void, Mavnon. No one benefits from our being ignorant on this subject, save for those working with the Void for their own ends."
"We are born from the Void and we will die in the Void; we can only slow its pace. Mortals are the key to ensuring our Bubble continues to exist and as such, the uplifting of them and their eventual replacement of the Gods is a distant necessity. That is all I am willing to tell Iliseth."
-Has ordered to raise a large amount of cattle for sacrifice, empowering the portals necessary to send his armies anywhere in the universe, and is attempting to recruit two of the most fearsome species for her armies:
Another opportunity arises.

Patronius' case:

Incriminating evidence:

-Is openly and publicly allied to mavnon, whose guilt has already been proven.
-Has been knowingly part of mavnon's ruse, as proven here:

"As you wish, Mavnon."

Spend what is necessary to bind Mavnon in mortal form (be it Essence, Power, or a dip into Crux - take power from other actions to do so).
"The ruse is over Patronius, you best not waste resources on empowering me."
-His nation, along with mavnon's are the only two not at war with the new kingdom.

Final verdict:

-Utther:
Utther is using the new kingdom as a weapon of mass destruction, with the ultimate goal of starving all gods from their worship.

-Mavnon:
Mavnon is the head of this scheme, his goals includes empowering a void entity, murdering a god and taking control of a large territory through force. Out of all gods she is the one who committed or plan to commit the largest amount of crimes.

-Patronius:
His main crime consist of allying himself with the two most destructive deities to ever exist. He is the only one out of the three to have any chance to repent.

Proposed sentence:

-Utther: Immediate execution, as the previous punishment proved to be ineffective. He is a much greater threat to our creation than previously thought.

-Mavnon: Immediate execution and execution of all of his Immortals and disbanding of the clan rilem, the sheer madness of this deity is a threat to all that exist. Nothing will be safe for as long as she exist.

-Patronius: Mortal binding and execution of Frederick, The only of the three who seems to have any chance to repent from his crimes, there is a good chance that patronius has no idea of what he brought himself into. This punishment will allow us to see whenever it is true.

((done!))

Mavnon smiled. "Luthus, you're insane, but I do love how your intricate investigations. I cannot speak for Patronius or Utter, but here is my part. It is true, I have made schemes upon schemes and lies upon lies but what I have never done, nor plan to do, is empower a creature of the Void. That is utter insanity. Do you not remember how I threatened Izgalmo with his life if he were to tamper with the Void? If the Void entered this realm all my goals would be pointless. The mortals would stay like cattle and would have no mentors to ensure their eventual growth. And if selfless reasons seem unlike me think of this: this Void Entity of yours would kill me as much as any of you.  "

"Now the Void part done with, tell me Luthus; which part is lie and which part is truth? I don't think you care anymore. To be quite frank with you, when I ordered Illyria to the Library, I had hoped to spread all knowledge everywhere. It was a mistake to connect it to the Rilem mountainhome. Would that problem be rectified if I created portals between all mortal cities and the Library?"

"Now the cattle...that thought had not occurred to me. I can already do that Luthus; Illyria is a master at the art and 100 Portobani with immense herds cannot match her skill. The cows, I know you won't believe me, were to allow the Portobani to perform the role they were originally supposed to do: replace normal modes of locomotion entirely."

"Now...if you think Patronius or Utter are in communication, you are a fool. If you think I am working with Utter, you're less of a fool and more of a blinded deity."

"Now, if you were to carry out those sentences, I have no defense. It is quite clear that I am of a very different philosophy and while I had hoped we could coexist, you seem intent on ending all possibilities of that. I can only say this: I am no threat to the world, I am a threat to the gods. A very great difference here."
