After much experimentation, Advent Stun Lancers can move x tiles in one turn, where x tiles is the distance between them and the dude you really hope they can't reach.

Installing new drivers for my graphics card. Maybe that will solve the issue.

No, it says that DX 10.1 is the minimum requirement. I have DX 11 and a DX 10 compatible graphics card. Will install DX 10 tomorrow, maybe that helps. The drivers didn't.
