It should be noted that the "modding" in question is Beagle fucking around with the .ini files. He did say that they were very well commentated, though.

But considering that it was JUST the .ini files, imagine what you could do with their actual tools!

Unencrypted, well commented .ini files sounds pretty alright for moddery to me.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Good luck figuring out which one you have though! They all have identical names afaik from when I had to deal with it.
It shows up in the Windows system information. They're all formatted as "Intel HD Graphics [insert number]"; the rule of thumb is that higher number = better.

EDIT: It says "Intel HD graphics" on the side of the computer, is that any good?
No it's shit, but depending on which CPU it is, it'll be able to kind of run some things okay.

48 man overwatch
This is actually one of the few times I'm excited about a game. I doubt you can get that many soldiers in a mission normally though.

Be funny if the 48 man run failed :P

But to be honest I can't picture any situation creating that.

Even in the original Xcom if you used the starting pistol with nothing but rookies you MIGHT be able to finish the final mission if you used 48 of them.

That would actually be fun in XCOM 2, or at least interesting to see.

Mod the game so you can have like 30 rookies per mission, but make the enemy stronger, and just swarm them in rookies and see how many survive.

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Well, you'd have serious trouble against the sectopods. I can see 48 rookies with the basic assault rifle, though.

What isn't in those videos is the sadly lost VIET-COM, where he took them on a Terror Mission and the game properly scaled the enemy spawns to match. While playing 60's rock.
