As always, this thread delivers quality ideas for quality products. No doubt Puella Navis KancolleCOM: Axis Unknown will be an outstanding success.
Is it wrong that I would totally buy and play the shit out of a game like that? :P

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!

I am not quite sure exactly the line of thought that led me to the conclusion (maybe due it being past 2 AM here?), but my brain wound up realizing that, with Enemy Unknown's starting squad size being 4 (can't recall what the starting for X-Com 2 will be, if they've even announced it) and the introduction of melee combat, there is potential that someone could wind up making a fairly decent RWBY mod for the game.  Have aliens replaced with Grimm, have weapons start at medieval and work up to dust, use a metric ton of classes to represent semblances, and if there's something similar to EXALT, then you could replace that with White Fang.

Or classes could just be classes, for spinny-types or chargers/dashers or hold-the-line types or area--effectors and semblances could be like cybernetic conversions or psychic training...

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

Gaah. I'm trying to avoid spoilers by not reading this thread, but even the title is spoilers!

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Well, if xcom lost quickly, they might not have had the council mission to rescue The Doorn, so he'd still have been a general.

I love that they were in the middle of an interesting sentence about art direction, and the audience still only two seconds to spot the name and start applauding :o
I guess the guy's more popular from Long War since he joins the team, instead of being a simple one-off NPC?
...Hm, also just sounds like he's popular from fanon and Beaglerush.  I guess his lines *are* pretty cool :P

Though, he was preceded by "Bruce Willie"... Hopefully he's confirmed too :P
