You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Prerequisite: Stealth Explosions prototype, Cloaking Device prototype, Weapon Noise Cancelling experiment

Silent, invisible grenades and of course you need to weed out the *thump* sound of the actual firing.

Now, I hope with a rotary grenade launcher we can fire more than once in a turn, just to stealth carpet bomb an area.

Yes, stealth carpet bombing. Next is to create Stealth Nukes.

Yes, stealth carpet bombing. Next is to create Stealth Nukes.
Then it goes full circle and it's just a pure stealth mission to plant a single bomb without being seen, which when activated will wipe out every alien and civilian in the area.

Say, this stealth mission sure would be easier with some guns...

Grenade launchers are wonderful for stealth.  Smoke grenades!  Where was it launched from?  Who knows, there's smoke everywhere!

Then you accomplish the objective and leave them standing around like lemons.  (Or follow up with real grenades)

So what we're saying is, the height of the new game's tech tree is going to be a stealth smoke nuke.  It covers an entire city in pink smoke for that sweet sweet 20+ cover bonus and no one can tell that there is smoke there because its a stealth nuke.

But effectively there will be no smoke, because everywhere is smoke.

Then as you run around, the smoke suddenly clears in the shape of a human..... bye bye stealth, kinda hard to stay invisible when it rains.... or smoke.

Minecraft UI is very simple. There's only so many ways you can implement "simple" without copying something. We also gonna complain that it uses WASD?

I believe the solution to raining is to simply park the Avenger above the city.
See? No more rain. Perfect stealth. Best plan ever.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.
