IT'S HAPPENING
The first gameplay stream of Long War 2, that is.

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Man this is a painful stream. It is taking 15 minutes for single turns. O_O

Eh, with that many troops and no idea what abilities do or what is going to come in? I'd probably take even longer.

Either way, it was a lot of fun to watch.

Not too surprised. Bigger squads will take longer to play.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

IF that was why :P

They just had to debate every single unit's actions for a few minutes... Even though the fight was rather straight forward.

I mean, it was definitely one of the factors. They felt pretty clueless, though. Especially considering that they're the leads of the actual game, which you think would at least contribute to something.
But hey, it was still entertaining and somewhat informing.

Indeed. Though if that stream was a Longwar 2 letsplay, I would have stopped watching immediately.

Better then nothing, but not particularly well done. Because I hate everything and no one likes me :P... Or because they should have skipped the fight.

They just didn't want to fail too hard on stream, I think. I also never got the feeling that the team was that good at their own game. :P

They're so bad.

They thought impossible in the first game was actually impossible.  Which like, fair, up until the first terror mission its incredibly bullshit.  But then its like... you never realized how powerful colonel snipers were?  In your own game?

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

I think it was more that they didn't know what was going on and wanted to show things in the Long War 2 off... But didn't know what they were, how to use them, or how to really use them effectively.

So they stumbled about, took long pauses, and stuff.

Being leads of the actual game was part of the problem, actually. They not only had to discuss each new ability, and check every ability to see what changed, they also had to discuss every change in the game from theirs. They approached it as game devs looking at what someone else has done to their game rather than as players.

Which, personally, I found rather entertaining.
