Bonus points if you wear a t-shirt with the XCOM logo on it.
I'd probably buy an XCOM turtleneck like it exists in game. It's pretty sweet and this is Canada so I can actually wear it without looking like a massive turd.

My work nametag has the silver XCOM2 pin on it. Does that count?

The Toolbox, released April 29, 2016, which includes UI support for 12 soldier squads and a number of configurable gameplay options
Yes!
That will work perfectly for my lp with a 12-man squad, assuming I can swap it in.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.
