As a heads up, release hour is now up on steam.
And also you can pre-load it. At least I can.

This game will unlock in approximately 1 day and 11 hours

Also, this screws my plan.  I was expecting it to be available at (my) 3 AM, meaning I'd just go to bed at 9 or so, wake up, and play all day.  This makes it 1 AM though... and I do have to be somewhere at 2 PM the next day.  Hurg.

35 hours is way too fucking long.

And I don't want to watch the videos and get spoiled.  Maybe I'll play some XCOM 1 to refresh.  An impossible run so I have a segue.

BRB guys, loading up my time machine.

It needs only about 34 hours to charge up and an hour travel time but I think it's worth it.

At my varying download speed, it might take up until release to download. :P

I just got my code from GMG. Gotta wait until out of class to put it into steam, but I'm ready.

I've been using Funstock, didn't this time though.  They seem pretty legit, a good choice when you're actually willing to spend money on a game.

You should really look to the wilderness for your stealth ideas, it has been doing it much longer than you have after all. Take squids for example, that ink trick works pretty well, and in water too! So you just sneak into the dam upsteam, dump several megatons of distressed squid into it, then break the dam. Boom, you suddenly have enough water-proof stealth for a whole city!

Ach, my birthday is in 7 days, which should provide game income, but I'll miss the sweet sweet preorder bonuses. Oh well, playing Enemy Within one final time, maybe I'll actually finish a campaign! (I suffer severally from restartitis, especially in firaxis games.)
