Pull up those propane lines and light them, either by having my clone send that fire dragon at it, or generating fire to light it myself. Control the fire from the explosion to immolate Ozarck, or at least obscure his view of me. My armor helmet should have a filter to keep sight of him through the fire, right? Either way, it's time to move. Head for the rooftop of the building my Parasyte went into. Try to stay aware of Ozarck's location through sight or helmet filters or magnetic sense or whatever.
Your armor can discern between reality and illusions, but it can't trace something that is behind obstacles. However your magnetic sense registers Ozarck's armor just fine, so now that you have seen him, it should be easy to keep track of him.
As per propane lines, the thing is that you don't exactly know which pipes are for propane and which ones for water. You do quick experiment to find it out. Oops, that was wrong one... High pressure water sprays high into air in north. Well, that's not really your problem. Meanwhile invisible Ozarck runs towards the building you are standing on.
Okay, so if that was water pipe then this one is for gas. Good. Grab it, pull it out of earth and ignite it. The fire dragon does fine job on that. It generates nice boom. People are screaming. Probably caught few civilians with that blast. Time to vacate the area! Height difference between buildings is very small and they are basically together so it ain't even a challenge.
Judging by motion of fields you sense, that fiery explosion didn't bother your opponent at all. Oh, and lighting strikes one of the air vents near you.
Your sword is getting hungry and it's starting to bother you. Power level of your armor is already fallen to 60%.
The rooftop.
