Shadow Tournament!

The Moonlit Shadow barely manages to gather just enough willpower to look away from Devastator and shit a smoke grenade. He also modifies his sense of time to the point he can't fly properly and crashes onto ground breaking his left wing. By the time he realizes this and resynchronizes with proper time Devastator has already bitten him badly.

Shadow Tournament!

The Moonlit Shadow closes his eyes and sinks into stone, while Devastator slithers away. There's no reason to stick around when such light weight target is full of venom, venom that is enough to kill elephant in one bite. By time The Moonlit Shadow needs to breath again he's already suffering pain and vertigo.

((This looks like GG Devastator. I'm a bit salty about how I had to get out of the water when I was already at the surface, but... was fun!))

I would imagine any wet bird not known to hunt on ocean would have hard time getting out of water. Owls, for example, often end up swimming back to shore if they end up in water. Or so newspapers tell me, considering frequency of that kind of news.
Well, it didn't have any meaningfull effect.


Shadow Tournament!

The Moonlit Shadow struggles to get back up out of the ground. Broken wing and pain from lethal neurotoxins in his bloodstream makes it hard, but he makes it. Ah, sweet air enters his lungs and he detonates ground away from his very personal space. After clearing the hole he looks out for Devastator. Where's that nasty snake? Where's he? The Moonlit Shadow can't see Devastator anywhere, but he deduces the area hidden by his own smoke grenade is most likely hiding place. Too bad the smoke covers wide area already.

So The Moonlit Shadow ejects active M-26 artillery rocket from under his wings and lets it propel itself into area with smoke and release its six hundred fourty four DPICM anti-personnel grenades. Rain of explosives is beautiful to watch so he ejects another rocket. And another. Again. He would laugh if he could while watching glorious destruction.

Too bad Devastator actually slithered in very opposite direction... Eventually the venom finally shuts down The Moonlit Shadow's respiratory system causing him fall into coma.


"And the winner of the Shadow Tournament is DEVASTATOR! Congratulations! This is a fine example of what single mistake can cause. And as stated earlier, when Devastator next time joins the tounament he can pick one of the cards used in this one to bring with him!"

Beirus vs Ozarck!

Have my rooftop clone move to the building north of us if it can. Does my magnetic sense detect any changes, like movement or anything within its range? Also, move to the southeast corner of the building and look down towards the ground. Look north and south along the street to see if anything looks out of place other than my clone and the fire writing, or like it could be my opponent. See if helmet has a zoom feature to see better.

((I just realized that my map is rotated 90° left. I assume you mean true north.))
You order your clone to move and curiously watch as the worm thing jumps on its leg wriggles its way up to and inside its head with suprising agility. Just before the clone reached edge of the ceiling it tumbles over, it heads balloons up and briefly splits into many toothy tentacles before collapsing back into it's natural state.

It stands up and looks around a moment before noticing you. You can easily tell it is acting very differenly from usual. "Huh." it says. "Watch for enemy and murder it, was it? May I make a horde?"

Your magnetic sense does detect changes. Probably cars driving around, elevators moving, peoples wristwatches or cellphones moving around, and things in between. Feels like a bunch of people approaching from east. You move to the corner of the building and fiddle with the helmet until you find the zoom. Handy thing this power armor.

And here he comes. The three headed werewolf wearing hauberk and purple tabard. A bunch of people in his wake. Judging by their expression they are having religious counterpart of orgasm.

You walk towards the indicated location with a bunch of people in your wake. When you reach the intersection you can already see the Nightmare standing proudly under the fire arrow, completely ignoring the few people who are taking photos. Seeing his face is impossible, but judging from his posture and behaviour (or lack of thereof), he seems very confident. It is impossible to not notice you, but so far he hasn't made any moves.

I wish to steel myself against fear, using my enchanter power to ward off his fear aura if he still has that.
I will also summon lightning elementals. DO we use a scale of 1 to 100? make them at power 20, and summon two. Order them to go embrace the Nightmare and elcetrocute him. Fortify them against fear as well. Finally, control light to appear to remain where I am, but step ten feet to the side, up the main road, so as to remain on the sidewalk and keep the nightmare in sight.

I was waiting for a reply to my question, but it looks like you sent it some time ago and I just missed it.

Have the street clone start manipulating the fire from the words into an Oriental dragon. Pull the nuts, bolts, screws, and other small metal objects from the buildings on each side of Ozarck and propel them through him with my magnetic control. Preferably without hitting the civilians. Maybe pull them over Ozarck's head and then towards the ground for maximum penetration from skull to pelvis. They don't have to penetrate all the way, either. Them being stuck in him works too.

Your rooftop clone, which doesn't register as a clone anymore by the way, shrugs and jumps off the roof. Following it with your magnetic sense it falls to ground level and goes inside the next building. Who knows what it is doing there on its own...

The street clone transforms the text into a dragon, but is having hard time keeping it in coherent form, causing it to constantly flicker. As it does so, you notice a ball of lightning appearing in front of Ozarck. He seems to say something, and the ball charges straight at your street clone.

As you start collecting all those countless small objects, (which are very hard to sense by the way, kinda like trying to see individual grains of sand on large boulders. Possible, but boulders tend to dominate your vision) Ozarck does something weird. Through your helmet's HUD you see how he stands in place and in same time a wireframe model of him moves few meters to side. Your demonic helmet helpfully indicates that the wireframe model is where the real Ozarck is and the one clearly visible is an illusion of supernatural origin. This is confirmed by your magnetic sense.

In meanwhile the ball of lightning reaches your street clone and tickles it with some electricity. Because you and your clones have metal "skin", electrical attacks aimed at you are harmlessly grounded. It might heat your surface, but that's nothing to worry about.

Now then, your upscaled magnetic equivalent of shotgun is all ready to launch. You let the glorious rain of supersonic metal slugs fall where the real Ozarck is standing. The ground explodes in dust preventing you from seeing results of your assault, but you magnetic sense tells you that there's two distinct masses of ferrous metal next to each other. Also lack of victory announcement is a hit that match is not over yet. Once the dust is blown away by friendly wind your eyes confirm what your senses already told you. Ozarck is still alive and upright, just two steps away from where he used to be. And he's looking at you.

Using your power on yourself to ward off fear is... feasible. It requires constant attention, but fear won't have any real effect on you.

Summoning lightning elemental goes well for the first one, however the second one fails to manifest. The one that does appears as a crackling ball of electricity constantly streaming arcs onto ground. At the very same time as you summon the elemental, the insulting flaming text floating on sky transforms into flickering oriental dragon. It seems threatening enough to warrant instant attack order.

Diversion is clearly gonna be helpful, so you move your image to exactly where you are standing and then take few steps sideways. That ought to fool him enough. It clearly fools your worshippers. Good thing too as all kinds of small metal objects start sprinting to the sky above you, bolts, nuts, screws, pens, watches. Forecast says it's gonna rain metal soon.

The lightning elemental reaches the Nightmare and unleashes its lightning fury, discharging scary amounts of electricity at it, enough to kill a man many times over. However since Nightmare has skin of metal, the electric discharge is harmlessly grounded.

The unpleasantly large pile of small metal objects stops growing and hovers a brief moment high above you. EXACTLY above you, as you now notice, thanks to your enchanced three dimensional vision. That's... unpleasant discovery. It suggests unpleasant things. Such as seeing through your illusion. That's all you need. Bolts move, you move, ground on where you were standing is shredded and explodes in dust, your right leg is pulsing with pain.

"I like your blood too." Your armor chimes as one of its chains wraps around your leg playing a tourniquet. Looks like something went straight through your right calf.

Damn. You eye your opponents, look closer the floating flame dragon, and notice someone on rooftop of the black building right next of the nightmare. This one has weapons. A long blade. White... whip(?) on other hand. It is also much bulkier than the Nightmare, clearly wearing heavy fullbody armor of some type. It's looking down on you.

welp. go insubstantial, cross the street northwest, control my own fear, summon a level 25 acid elemental (Hydroflouric acid if you are interested) and order it to dissolve the metal skinned guy. Go inside the building the big dude is on and climb stairs.
