I think ATHATH has interfered in the final match. He gave information to one of the participants that he didn't necessarily have, and has been suggesting strategy. Maybe this kind of third party stuff has been going on all game? I don't know, but I'd like a GM ruling on it. No offense, ATHATH 

Since contestants are technically sitting in their VR machines front of spectators in same hall, contestants can technically hear what spectators are shouting. Of course, it is preferred that spectators speak quitely enough (spoilers). And technically ATHATH can pull off that stunt of his if he is fast enough, but security would drag him off soon enough. Naturally doing that won't be without penalties.

Actually ATHATH is in middle of his own match so that would mean forfeit and grant victory to Illgeo by default. And as such he can't really be shouting around for other matches.


Hawk132 vs NAV!

Technically (I like that word) he couldn't tell you that since he's in middle of his own match.
Explosion is hard because it requires movement and that's not something your ability can do. I mean you can simulate wind and such small back and forth motion around actual object with enough concentration, but explosion is too much. Rest you can do.

While you prepare your plan you notice trees turning into dust north and head yell of your Chaos Lord.
"HAHA, THAT DOESN'T WORK ON ME!"

Then you active your illusion and make some noises, altering it sounding like the host's voice. Trees flash and take bluish silvery hue.

You see the chaos lord watching you and instantly your body twitches and moves in ways you didn't intend it to, but you barely overcome it enough to look at remaining enemies and unleash your fury. The two things in south crumble into dust, but the chaos lord remains despite disintegration of the tree it was hanging on.

"HAHA, THAT DOESN'T WORK ON ME!"

Then it gestures and you slam down onto the ground with great force. Gates of hell appear and small horde of lesser demons pours forth.

The trees of forest flash and take bluish silvery hue accompanied by whoosh. Then the game host's voice echoes from the forest:
"By popular demand, we've altered the flora and fauna here so that they chill the environment around them when burned instead of heating it up. Hopefully, this will speed the match along."

That... might be a problem. Because now snow is draining your remainging heat even faster.

Shadow tournament!

ATHATH fondles jaw of one of his bodies and fixes it into mostly normal shape. Then all his bodies jump on Illgeo! One of the caimans gets face full of fiery breath and is blinded! Illgeo rolls away from another, but remaining three get touch contact and turn bones of his ribcage into soft and malleable! Illgeo cannot breathe!
On end of next turn he will suffocate unless he somehow manages to kill remaining caimans!

Swift whip of tendril and black eight fingered arms tear few lesser demons into the rift as well as the Chaos Lord. Unlike others, it is not shredded into pieces but is instead pulled in whole.

Three more demons fell to your gaze, but rest prove far too fast. Those who remain attack you and start tearing your body apart without hesitation. They manage to do good amount of damage before you teleport up into air, because that's only place without snow at moment. But since you cannot fly you instantly begin falling down.

Your familiar appears on ground below you, a creature size of large housecat. You are too cold to see it properly, but its head appears to far too small for its relative body size.

You can barely think straight anymore.

Illgeo's furious defence takes down two of ATHATH's bodies before he finally succumbs to lack of oxygen. Simulation ends and ATHATH stands up from VR machine.

"Congratulations ATHATH, you are clearly made of winning material~ I take back my words of letting you messing with finalists, mostly because that match seems to be ending soon enough anyway, haha~
Now then, your prize for winning this little shadow tournament is... waiting for you when the next tournament begins! Haha, not telling you yet~"

You teleport into a building ruined by your disintegration ray and one of your leaves displaces piece of wood and gets stuck. Not noticing it you cast Heavy Fire failing to specify a direction, and end up setting ceiling in fire and bringing it down on you. Unnaturally heavy pieces of burning wood scewers and entraps you into flaming prison.

Remember that announcement about burning plant matter being cold? Yeah, apparently it also counts if wood is no longer alive. Freezing fire robs your conscious and you end up burning yourself to death. Sucks to be you.

"And with this the first Monster Mash Tournament finally comes to the end by suicide in fire! The winner is... HAWK132!"

#1. Unleashing multiple creatures for match is no longer allowed. Only exception for the rule are cards that explicitly let you do so, such as Duplication and Multiplication. In exchange you can pile more cards for your creature, from minimum two up to maximum six. Using a crossbreed card raises maximum limit to seven.
#2. Followers are removed from the game. Our contra..." At this point Gene White doubles over with a sudden coughing fit. "Ah, excuse me, looks like I have caught a flu or something. As I was saying our techinicians have complained that followers take too much system recourses, so in order to ensure higher quality of simulation those will be dropped from joker card pool. In exchange changes of getting beneficial cards are increased accordingly."
