Ozark must be nearby! Search for him and kill him (the guy who has the mace has permission to use it for this), and no matter what I feel, don't attack myself, and don't hesitate to kill Ozark when I see him. No "buts", no "ifs", we're fighting someone who can affect our mind.

How many of us are left? We're still invisible, right?

Ozarck vs ATHATH!

ATHATH's fury continues, though he seems to focus now on enviroment rather than on himself. He's actually kicking walls down... Not that it is hard since ceiling is already gone and rest of structure weakened by recent corrosion, but the metallic clang his hooves make sounds rather powerful. As you start moving you immediately notice that you don't have to wade through soft snow anymore, but you rather walk on top of it without leaving tracks. Handy, isn't it? Especially now that one flaming humanoid horse that is ATHATH notices you.

You feel relatively good. It's certainly cold here, very much so, and wearing metal hauberk doesn't help. But having fur helps. Your feets still sting, but suprisingly less now that you can literally walk on top of snow. One hour. After that you will probably start suffering of hypothermia. But fights rarely last that long.

You have 7 bodies left and invisiblity... seems have dropped at some point.

Even if you consciously understand that you are being manipulated, it doesn't help you resist it that much. At best you can redirect the fury against something else than your own dissappointing bodies, though Edward is still quite eyesore that needs to erased. So instead you release your artificial rage by kicking walls and whatever furniture is left after your showdown with lesser god and spread out seeking proper target to pummel down.

Gregor, who wields the mace, kicks a wall over and walks to north and immediately spots traces of movement just outside of your ineffectual anti-deity field. Tracks come either come from north or northeast. Jack and Ivan both spot something moving on edge of visible area. Humanoid, something purple, three heads...

Move two tiles south. Instill a sense of great fear in the horse that noticed me. If attacked, avoid the hooves and flames and let the armor respond while I concentrate on creating confusion and uncertainty in my opponent. always be on the lookout for other horses, and of course, anything else that seems it doesn'tbelong,  that might be illusions or transformed ATHATH clones.

Ozarck vs ATHATH!

Human-horse-ghostrider things disappear a moment after you put some fear of imminent death into it. You walk on top of the snow to south, to the tip of the station. From here you can see that the station seems to be basically three hallways connected to the central part.

Snow suddenly stops holding your weight and you fall knee deep down into snow. Raining snow too seems to remember your existance and starts piling up on your shoulders again.

Suddenly your rage is gone and replaced with fear, so turning invisible makes great sense. You cannot go against this fear, but every moment you spend covering in fear you feel the fear slowly fading away.

I figured it would be a timed effect. hmm insubstantiality would come in handy here, but another magic equipment might also. ugh. Do I have a sense for how long until the ring is useable again?. Did the fiery horse seem affected by the cold at all? either way, step into the hallway outside the effect zone to take advantage of whatever shelter is available.

We just slayed a god in direct combat, and we feared it. Just because we fear something doesn't mean that we can't destroy it.
Copy and discard Ozark's abilities until we get his Emotion Control ability. Make him feel overconfident and impatient (just do overconfident if we can't do both). Mob and pummel him if he comes out of hiding (the best defense (against something that we fear) is a good offence (What would running away do to help anyway? We'd still have to fight him eventually)).

You don't have slightest idea when you can use it again. It feels same as it always did. Might be usable already, or it might never be usable again. Hard to tell without trying.
Burning skeletons are notoriously hard to read so you can't tell his health status either. But both common sense and science says that since water has very high capacity to store heat and because current energy level of frozen water here is very low, it is probable that contact with snow might be unhealthy to him. Even more than to you since you have far more insulation than bare fire, though his temperature is also much higher.

You step inside and take cover by one large cabinet near the doorway. Despite of ATHATH's sudden disappearance you feel confident you can take him down with your powerset. Especially as he seems to think that invisibility will help him to ambush you. It's easy for your six eyes to see how falling snow evaporates around moving areas. In fact there's four distinct evaporation zones gathering around you. And very definite sounds of metal hooves tapping the floor.

Those four are within range of your Sacred Aura, btw. You hear vague whispers coming from those four. And your armor makes odd chimes. It takes few seconds to realize it is actually laughing.

After copyscanning powers few times you finally land with weather sense and mental magic. The magic is not very strong and effect will dissipate if not refreshed often enough. This part you can already tell as fear vanishes from your mind. The magic also requires that you see the target before you can apply any effect.

Ozarck slips inside the station and hides behind a cabinet by doorway. Jack, Gregor, Ivan and Harry sneak near him and you can finally see him better.
And how magnificent he is! Never in your life have you seen such divine being, even that fire god you summoned and killed didn't come nowhere close to this one! He can only descibed as an ideal werewolf and going beyond that with his three heads. His glorious fur is thin and is largely covered by divine black hauberk. On top of the hauberk rests beutiful purple tabard.
All six of his deep blue eyes look deeply into your soul and you find answer for all your questions in those eyes! You didn't even know before what you needed in your life, but now you know: This living god in front of you! In presence of his glorious radiance all fear disappears and joy and happiness bleeds into your bones. No, this is not mere joy, this is ECSTASY! You can't help it as words of prayer and worship escape from your fiery lips...

You have finally found your one true God!

This beast is magnificent... but I have already given my soul to the Lady of Misfortune.
Use my Lawful ideals to resist the urge to worship Ozark long enough to (using the power I stole from him) imbue myself with Lawful Determination.

If I succeed: Kick Ozark to death while making him feel acceptance of his fate. He shall make a good carpet for my mistress.

If I fail: This magnificent beast should not have to work! Imbue it with lethargy, so that it may rest.

increase a sense of awe and wonder in the horses. Speak into the air: "warriors, preserve me from your hostile brethren!" If the invisible ones turn on the others, follow at a safeish distance, while keeping them within my aura. If they attack, position myself so that only one or two can come at me at once, or put myself on the side of one of them so the others are behind it, attempt to reactivate my ring, and retaliate. I've seen, I believe, nine so far, so there are five unnaccounted for (plus any I haven't seen). So keep a wary eye to all directions also. ((I could have coccooned for a few more turns perhaps, lol.))

You try to increase ATHATH's awe, but somehow, despite being quite enthralled by your presense already, he still manages to resist it.

"Warriors, preserve me from your hostile brethren!" you speak the words with tone you think a real god might use. He doesn't respond immediately and you quickly grow tired waiting. Maybe you should take a break and let him do ritualistic suicide all by himself, you think as you relax.

You cannot muster mental strenth to defy your god. Maiden of Misfortune might have been an affair only in grand scheme of things. Your god opens all his mouths and speaks:
"Warriors, preserve me from your hostile brethren!"

This confuses you a bit. There are no other hostile beings you are aware of. Perhaps he meant other players? But they wouldn't come here to assault him, that would be pointless... Maybe... Maybe he's talking about real life? That needs confirmation. You wouldn't want to make mistake here!
((Feel free to openly ask what he meant exactly. You can make that much sounds.))

Putting that aside, you certainly think your god should sully his hands with work or even try to! You will be his hands, his legs, his mouth! Although it fills you with shame for trying to alter mind of your god, you know you must do this. Rings of his hauberk chimes as he adopts a bit more relaxed stance.

Bart and Charlie begin shivering. It would shame if they freeze in the snow they are melting when they could die in presence of your god. Harold too feels shivers coming, but at least he ain't standing in snow.

alright, begin by attacking the one furthest south. Try not to burn myself too much. If It goes well, continue through the others, but never let them surround me. We all know how well that went for me last round. If I start getting into trouble, draw them out to the open snow and attempt again to reactivate my ring.
