Taft moved to the woman's side and pulled out a knife, taking it to her binding ropes. Within a few seconds he had sliced through one of the loops and had put the remainder into one of his many pockets for later use. He jerked his head to the side.

"Go on, scram. Go milk cows or whatever it is you did before these jackasses took a liking to you."

Taft was already annoyed that when the woman was sitting down she was still almost as tall as he was standing up.

"Nope, ain't seen any books around here besides what our swamp troll brought with her. Maybe one of the crew saw it. You can ask if you want I guess."

That magnanimous offer made, the dwarf started looking around the place for loot of any sort. Even some silverware that he could pawn for a few bucks. Of course, he chose to do his searching in a rather quick, destructive manner, overturning furniture and whatnot.

Taft pointed at his ears as he said that. He finally flipped one more table and, upon finding no loot, sighed and returned to Alicia's side.

"Look, it ain't up to me if you can come with or not. Blondie's in charge of the whole thing. But if you do want to help us kill these idiots, then I think we ought to at least exchange names. Taftan Goldcutter."

He bowed overly formally as he said so.

"Most just call me Taft. Which is all right. It sounds high office and all of that."

If Scout D dies, move to P-12 and stab the Soldier. If Scout survives, move to O-12 and stab the Scout.
