Edgar watched as he tumbled about.

: Are you sure this isn't an idea worthy of Shilleka? Even if injury or worse isn't a likely immediate outcome.

"Please. Our enemies are currently running with their tails between their legs. The only risk I'm taking at the moment is possibly tripping and bruising myself at the absolute worst. Have some common sense."

Kaltsar didn't respond, and resumed his trip to the village's inn.

Kaldach, apparently satisfied with convincing the group of the Devil sword's danger, continued into the village and into the Inn.

Keyleth shrugged, patted Arrna on the snout, and went inside the Inn as well.

Taft went inside as well.

Alria had raised an eyebrow at Shilleka's mishap but had headed inside the inn before it was resolved. As the rest of the group enters, they don't see any sign of her, but do find a happy innkeeper.

"Right then, you'll be the rest of that lady's group. She said that you're to get three to a room, and that I'm to feed you dinner. There are baths out behind the inn iffen you want that sort of thing, and then there's stew for dinner. Couple of shops around, but I think most of them are closed up after that scare. Though I think the blacksmith was keepin his forge up and running since he had a few projects to work on."

"Right. I'll be in the bath. Before I go, what sort of stew is it?"

"Beef."
