2) Dating increases seduction, so leaving it running, may succed after some time.
3)
* Select a liberal with high heart and high intelligence as designated "good cop", and send him studying Psychology for some weeks (to reach ~5)
* Get a good outfit for him, like police body armour. The best are Heavy ceramic armour and Death squad uniform, but they are hard to get.
* Kidnap the hostage and set the "bad cops" to tending to hostage. Options :
** Attemp to convert OFF
** Physical restrained OFF
** Voilently beaten ON
** Expensive Probs ON
This will lower Widom Heart and Health. Doe this until Widom is below 5. Hight level conservatives get Widom from juice like liberals getting heart from juice, so it doesn't get much lower. If you want them for combat don't do this, as this will lower health, but for sleepers it is OK
* Set the "good cop" to tending to hostage (leave the others too, as this will train psychology)
** Attemp to convert ON
** Physical restrained OFF
** Violently Beaten OFF
** Expensive Probs ON
After some time the enlightment should work.
Somewhere on the Internet there is "How to become a Super Villian" list that mocks movies. One Point is "If I Interogate my Enemies, I will do it in a cheap flat and not in my secret Base". This advice is in fact usefull here, because Hostages attract police raids, so don't do it at your Press. Got to the Homeless shelter or the Projects, so you can run away before the police comes without leaving the press unattended.
4) in the Stable and the Beta release heat slowly times out. Other mechanics are different in 4.7.0 and 4.7.4 and probably different in your version. Look at the Wiki under heat, it tells you everithing but here is some advice :
* in 4.7.0 Community service reduces heat, in 4.7.4 not
* in 4.7.0 Secrecy reduces the amount of heat that is transfered to a location, but doesn't protect you. in 4.7.4 the police won't raid you if heat is below secrecy.
* in 4.7.0 Secrecy is reduced, if a locations is crowded, so a flat can't hide large numbers of liberals while the abandoned buildings can (that you don't have in your version anyway).
* in 4.7.0 The probability of a police raid increases with the heat. CCS, Mercenaries and the CIA attack locations with heat, no matter how much heat it is. Rednecks can attack any location no matter if there is heat, but won't if more than 30% have a negative opinion about AM-Radio and Cable News. Firemen always attack the printing press. In 4.7.4 the CCS can attack locations without heat, if they are strong enough. (the variable endgamestate matters)
5) Bluff (if it is implemented in your version) works if you have an appropriate disguise, like police body armour. That you do as bluff depends on your outfit, and the game mode. If you have high juice, intimidate is often better than bluff. Note, that during Firemen raids, bluffing will set your safehouse on fire (as you drop a lit match).
6) Then you wear an appropriate disguise, any times, a conservative looks suspicious or you act normal, the disguise skill is trained. If you don't wear an apropriate disguise, the skill still helps, but is not trained. A godd way to train disguise is waiting in a nonrestricted area (there clothes count as disuise) and wait near the Exit until conservatives are suspicious and then leave. To make the supsicious, you must commit a crime or be seen once in a restricted location. Keep in mind, that trespassing in flats or next to guard dogs cause immidiate alarm, so don't train the skill at such places.
