Yeah I apologize for the scare... but at 9 I felt like total well... crap... and had to rest immediately.

Okay, so votes for returning with the captured dragon instead of trying to confront the Adult dragon and its minions?

Assuming that passes, what next? Giant was brought up in-game, and the Guild Challenge seemed popular.

And that shot though. xD

Yeah sorry, theres absolutely no way we can deal with an adult cloud dragon.  It can just turn into clouds and then breathe attack us to death.

I vote to head back, there are objects I wish to make and spells to memorize!

Alright here are the current missions being given

Current Guild Ranking: 31st
-31st is an unofficial ranking for all guilds and groups below 30th.

Personal Missions
-These are ones delivered directly to your guild.

Lisa: Find my Mother's killer and take them to justice
-Reward: 50 gold
-Period of time: Indefinite
-Impact: None (Impact is how important the quest is to the group or city)

31st Guild Challenge:
-Details: The 31st and below guilds are feuding for the 30th ranking. They wish to do a battle royale between all the guilds for that coveted spot. There is no limit to the number of applicants but there is a 5000 gold fee per guild.
-Reward: Official 30th Ranking, 20,000 gold

Personal Challenge
-Details: Izub's confidant and friend has personally left a challenge to the guild for stealing his guild hall. She has given you her location deep within the sewers and asks that you come meet her. She likely wishes to slaughter you.
-Reward: None

Faction Missions

The Heroes: Dragon Blocking our path
-Details: There has been a dragon blocking and raiding the major trade route to the Hero lands and seems to instinctively know to avoid the larger caravans, but smaller groups have been harassed.
-Reward: A +1 Dragon Bone Platemail
-Impact: Little

The Stewards: Underworld taint
-Details: The underworld has been seeping into the deep caverns under the city once more in many locations. We have hired a few guilds but we need to get this under control.
-Reward: Ioun Stone
-Impact: Little

The Warriors: Blasted Fae
-Details: A Fairy seems to be hidden inside the city and we need someone to track it down and slay it. It might have already made a home so we prescribe caution.
-Reward: 5000 gold
-Impact: Large

The Destroyers: Capture Goblins
-Details: We want to alleviate our personal sacrifices so we are currently paying for anyone who can capture a few goblins. We have maps and can point you towards any we want and will buy back any equipment you buy in one piece for full price.
-Reward: 500 gold a head, bonuses if you manage to capture a particularly high amount.
-Impact: None

The Celestials: Destroy Winery
-Details: Our children are getting drunk of destroyer wine and we want someone to sabotage it. Poison, destroy, or otherwise remove the destroyer wine from the cities stores and we will pay you handsomely.
-Reward: 10,000 gold, Bracers of Armor +3
-Impact: None, but medium for Warriors

The Townsfolk: Howling in the sewers
-Details: After the murders there have been disturbing signs. Howls in the middle of the night, scratching sounds along the floors, and things that have been left out over night have gone missing. We are afraid for our lives.
-Reward: Gratitude
-Impact Medium

The Rebels: A Show of Glory
-Details: Currently a Hero is trying to take down a giant that has been harassing the country side in order to gloat over it later. Kill that Giant first and show that the people have a savior even without the gods stepping in.
-Reward: +1 Flaming Longsword, +1 Mithril Chainshirt

---

Chose one to do.

quoting this again so i don't have to go back multiple pages to read over it.

The dragon quest's reward is both a tiny bit of money (5000~ ish gp armor) and little renown.  I honestly think they were expecting just a juvenile or fairy dragons.  I'm sure the mother will be an issue for someone, probably us eventually but I don't really want to chance dealing with her now personally.

If we chip in what we have for pocket cash together we might still make the guild challenge which at least has a bit more substantial reward (15,000 and garenteed rank up.) and since it'll most likely be normal humans, probably somewhat less deadly to our health.  ((I doubt any unranked guilds have demigods, brawlers with the strength of giants, archers who hit invisible flying things from 150 ft or half elfs who can cleave through a small village in one swing.))

Though if it happens to be on the way back I'd love to one up the heroes and kill that stone giant, though that is another morally ambiguous thing... stone giants are not all that monstrous though I am sure that the dwarf at the least would think so.

A show of Glory-If it's on the way back (not a massive detour)
31st Guild Challenge-If we can make it in time.

If both of those expired by the time we got back.... personal challenge I guess?  Just to get it out of the way.

Sounds good to me. In any case let's try to decide sooner this time so Neo isn't on such short notice, eh?  :P

I just realized a fallacy rather late.

You are doing a mission for the Heroes... While doing a mission specifically to piss off the heroes (show up one of their demigods)

There miiight be a bit of a conflict of interest you might not be able to see.

As long as I can make a headband of Vast Knowledge +4, afterwards I am fine with the whatever. BTW it will take 16 days for that, also does not include spells I wish to learn.
