Also it isn't a rule but having hooks or ideas in your character story goes a long way for me incorporating your story into the fabric of the campaign.

I am very much interested in making sure that your stories are all relevant and in the forefront of this campaign.

If not just give me a list of goals or ideas you would like to achieve, otherwise I'll try my best to make you personally invested.

Honestly don't be afraid to make things up in your story. I'll do my best to incorporate any details you put in there as long as it doesn't directly contradict what I already put down.

Thematically if you want to create your own god... It needs to follow the themes of the factions. If you want one that doesn't follow the faction themes it needs a sort of "reason to exist" something it wants or needs mortals for.

The only problem I have now is how my character would know Common, to be able to speak with the others. I think she could have been taught by a parent or someone of her tribe, to understand the filthy, corrupt, monstrous humans and their friends. Or someone could translate for her, and we could have that worked into the introduction?
