Golemdrake acts.
Drake will(4) The Golem reigns, targeting(1) himself yet again. (maybe I should iron out that quirk.) (4vs.3-1=2) (6+1=7vs.4+2=6) A whack on the noggin... does nothing. It just shrugs.
Oric and Cain continue their combat.
Oric fires an Awesome Palm Beam, Cain uses an Aether Remnant.

As you might imagine, the attacks meet in mid-air. Luck(3) they condense. They explode. A lack of dodge was inevitable. (5+4(low dodge, incredibly high power, could be more...)=9vs. 5+3=8 and 5+4=9) Suffice it to say that both are nearly unharmed. Cain is prone, Oric is standing, and the area around them is crispy.
Ecco and Mage act in unison, though not together.
Mage(6+1=7) awakens from his slumber, then proceeds to (2) rip one of his flails to pieces, but he saves the other one. He then leans over and grabs the assault rifle lying next to him(3), and one of the grenades. Where the other one went is anyone's guess. Bullets are fired.
(3+1(rather close range)=4vs.6-1=5) Bullets fly past the Golemdrake. It grunts.
(5) Ecco seizes control of the mech, then fires a missile salvo at Cain.

(6+(missile luck: 1: glorified shotgun shells(no damage bonus, weak against tough things)(0)+3(bad dodge=9vs.3+3=6) Cain is launched into the air, rolling along the ground after landing. (crit hit: 4) He's stunned. And bleeding. And bruised. And... agh.
Random Event(6) There is a loud crack. (target: 3) A bolt of lightning strikes Ecco in his mech. The mech is metal. Think about it. The mech doesn't seem to be changed... but something's different...
