im currently following an adamantine vein downwards in hopes of finding hsf and clowns...my fort is getting boring now that it is so big.

Well, that'll have to wait till I make my Cook's quatrers opulent enough for a duke... who do I give the artifact helmet to?

Nickel silver, not sure how that goes as armour, don't really understand the density stuff on DFWiki...

Valuable? 35000 or so, not unusual for my fort these days.

Update: struck adamantine. Praise the miners!

It's my first time, do I back up?? Probably should...

BTW: merchants still haven't left. After a quiet winter, everything happens at once.

its a question of luck. i went down for like 5 or 7 levels in my last fort following a vein and i didnt unleash any fun. on my first attempt however. the first strike to the mine i did unleashed a lot of fun.


as for the helmet. silver is soft. and bad for armor. i dont think nickel is good neither. combination. i doubt its good for your army...unless your army has no gear equipped

Nobody has ever hit a fully trained member of my army... so it might be fine, and someone can just wear it for the bling. I guess I'll give it to the guy with a sword and an axe that I train.

nobody had ever killed a colossus via throwing a bunny rabbit at it. yet that happened too.
