So basically, you've got what I imagine to be some kind of Glam-Rock Dorfid Bowie?

(ps. ignore the feather and beak on the crossbow, I read Pangolin and Peregine for some reason :S)

If you've got dwarf problems, I feel bad for you, son.
I've got 99 whales because I killed Urist with one.

LOL
That is hilarious.

Maybe next time I need to tell them to wear "high boots" instead of "footwears".

As for my fort, I have a haggard dorf who threw a tantrum. Blame all those vengeful thoughts, he managed to get record-breaking 434k stress points.

So I made him the expedition leader (so he will unlikely attend meetings) and let him build himself a house on the other side of the river. Then I destroyed the bridge.

Or you could just manually assign the armour you want.

Sazir threw a tantrum.
Sazir began to beat up his dog started a fist fight.
Sazir felt triumph after throwing something.
Sazir felt triumph after murdering his dog starting a fist fight.
Sazir didn't feel anything after seeing a dog die.

Ah, the game crashed. Maybe it's time to start a new one.

To be honest, this is the first time I've seen dwarves and elves at war.
This map should be fun.

Another fricking legendary stonecrafter! I could have sworn this guy was a metalworker, he's down in the magmaworks all the time, but it seems he was just running the smelter. So I still don't have any good armorers, and the best ore is still waiting to be cracked into. I've got 5 out of 6 legendary miners, and the last probably won't catch up by the time I have the surrounding rock hollowed out, so he's getting conscripted while that's getting done. The military could use a pick fighter.

You can always make it so, if it is not so. The difference is that here, they started at war.

Starting a new fort again... somehow i always start new forts even if my current one is running well.
Found a nice spot: giant cheetahs, giant lions, giant tigers, giant leopards, giant jaguars, giant cave spiders, giant bats, giant desert scorpions, rhinoceroses, ...
May the taming begin! Only thing i'm missing is sand...  :-\

Guard dog attacked a cave crocodile.  Cave crocodile dodged off a cliff.  Cave crocodile collided with a ledge and was smashed to a bloody pulp.  An ordinary day, really.

Heh, in my ignorance I saw "pangolin bone crossbow", thought "interesting, somebody is not using wooden or metal crossbows but bone ones from some bird bone", then saw that picture, thought "nice, he even added a feather on the crossbow to show it was from bird bone" and then was reading that P.S. like five times around, thinking "whaaat?"... "ehm, pangolin is a bird, isn't it, right?" *Google images* "ups" *facepalm* :D

But really, nice drawing (and fast one).

A pangolin bone crossbow does not sound like a good idea. Bone can be brittle, pangolins are not very big, and the stresses on the crossbow might break it.
