Currently building a magma piston. Just finished separating the column from the rock, but it's still missing some mechanical parts.

Now if my dwarves could stop spawning babies for just 20 seconds, I might actually finish it.

Read the legends of a dragon who lived to year 24. The dragon terrorized the nearby goblin dark fort for several years. She was eventually killed by some random giant slug.

I couldn't remember if tapping the floor with a downstair under an aquifer would cause the flood, or if you had to punch the upper floor with an Up/Down stairway.

My bathtub is now a ridiculous flood and I'm fighting with my build to be able to cork the damned thing.  NARF!

Werecavy came to my fort and killed everyone.
After that, I went to the legends mode and found that she was the queen of my entity.

I received a notification that something named Dralatha gave birth to triplets in an unexplored region of the caverns.

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Tonight I think I'm going to buckle down with 40.05 and deal with the bugs because dwarven baby birth is bad. And I'm going to aim for a flat, heavily forested 2x2 embark and fortify the entire 'scape. Not a single tile will be wasted.

In one fortress called Whitewall, the Marksdwarves killed a Kea (Who had tried to enter the fort), and one said that they would get revenge after it died.

In another fort, a statue was created the read:

After that, the fort was attack by unarmoured (except for clothing) and mostly unarmed dwarves, who were only able to kill a baby before they were scared off and killed by my miners and woodcutters.

A dusk woman is a night troll. A randomly generated creature much like FBs and Titans.

Had my first log related death involving someone opening a hatch door while someone entered through and crushed my HIGH MASTER LEATHER WORKER that i got in 1st migration wave who had 2 babies on her! She was well liked too. Tantrum spiral is eminent it seems.

Really having problems being motivated about playing while the Revenge of the Womb bug is still around.  Wish Toady would release .07.

I'm new to succession forts in general, yes, but do all forts designed by multiple overseers inevitably degenerate into a body-filled labyrinth of chaos and despair like this? Or is this just a Battlefailed thing?

There isn't much middle ground between killed-by-dragon and never-seen-by-dragon.
