The Bottom Floor coud use more magma, and the access ways seems odd to me, though they might make a great zoo.

Ehh, looks like Oilpalm is suffering death by troglodytes. Somehow.
Someone before suggested miners to deal with them? That was the first thing I did. It seemed to be working at first, but it's not just a few trogs... ENDLESS HORDES OF THEM are BESIEGING THE FORT hole in the ground.
I think I might move the survivors out to the fishing lodge. :P

Oh great, more troglodytes are showing up. Just after my suicide troopers nobly sacrificed themselves to chase off the last swarm.
I guess I'll leave the elven traders to deal with this mess.

But magma is fun... The access way is just some dead space I used by making heaps of diagonals..
It looked cool while designating :D

I got the water hooked up to the well on the bottom floor, and the dwarves have fully migrated into the depths,
The old fortress is now a refuse dump right next to the burial ground .

Okay, so Frostivory's mayor has the thought 'he was irritated at having to haul somebody to bed lately'
Does this mean what I think it means? And if so what should I do with said deplorable behaviour?

He also has the trait "does not go out of his way to help others", so you should take him off Recovering Wounded duty. Or atomsmash him.

I'm in an evil biome with a volcano. I think I might get a bit more creative...

We've arrived at the New Dawnraven site.. it's a flat, barren savage desert. I'm hoping to find some marble for some towers but I'm not too hopeful. What I really hope is finding some water in the caverns. Well that and being far enough away from the War Elephants my parent civ seems to be at war with.

I can't just lock myself in because I need to trade for wood but I can still dig a dry moat, I guess.

Sorry for the next to obvious line in the middle.. The fort is to big to screen all at once.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
But this is pretty much whats going on.. Though I am missing out the other dozen levels of the fortress... But this is the main floor.
I think there is around.. 65 wardogs in that top Right area..

Here is whats going on in another fortress of mine.. Everyone is running over to clean up the siege right now.
And once again, This is just the main floor.

The first wafer smelted..... These humans learned the ways of adamantine from the dwarves long ago, being told they'd need it to help them over the coming battles. Talvieno, as Army commander, will recieve the first masterwork adamantine sword Mr Frog produces. In the meantime, for his unmatched skill with the blade, HugoLuman will recieve the first one forged.
