i Am mutant means i have black marker or wut?

Nah, mutant means you're only White-level access. Same for Cyborgs at the start of the game. Only Humans start with Green-level access, and they're the ones who can bargain with the Corporation to get higher levels of access for better gear.

Bio:  Rather tall, sweeping brown hair. Green eyes, pale skin. Tends to wear a leather full coat and a fedora to match. Prefers brown combat boots over typical sandals. She is easily offended and tends to start small arguments, even if she doesn't know what she's arguing about. She despises cyborgs, to the point of being a near racist, but she adores mutants for staying natural to their birth. She is very green to adventuring and shooting guns, but she is certainly good at getting her way. She earned herself the title "Bartering Queen" from grudging shopkeeps. As a child her father was killed off in a "Duel" with a cyborg, and her mother would have soon fallen as well if a mutant had not intervened and mortally wounded the cyborg. She first saw the bias against mutants when the mutant who had risked his life to save her mother was shot by the cyborg law enforcement force without even a fair trial. After this, she despised cyborgs, and tended to hang around mutants, forming a mutual friendship. Her mother only recently died, leaving Elyss with nothing in Oasis, inspiring her to sign up for the expedition simply to get out of Oasis.

Having access to the black market is different from being clearance level Black.

It's not dead, it's on hiatus, which I think will end really soon. I'm getting settled in a new country, this is only my second week so everything is blah. Soon, my friends, it will start.

How's my character, btw? I thought the idea of a medic that wanted to purify everything and everyone -- regardless of what they wanted -- fit well with the theme. I'll try my best to make it work.
