The grey began to aim at the approaching trooper, but the sphere it noticed flying towards it took away its attention and the shots splashed harmlessly wide, sizzling through concrete. The grenade detonated with a deafening bang, shredding one the Sectoids to pieces and opening bloody gashes along the other.

Ivan and Crazy both launched a salvo, and where Ivan missed Crazy hit and sent splurts of yellow blood into the air. The last alien present down, the area was temporarily secure. With that, Pierre moved forward and stabilised Rogers - he'd survive until they returned him to proper medical facilities back at base, at least.

//Ivan moved to M11 because he can't reach M12.
