I do agree that it could be possible they have a 1-shot convert. I don't think Cheesecake would confuse that for the primary form of killing. I do agree it's still possible Cheesecake COULD be scum, but his first slip is clean.
We're agreed then.

As far as it being Vampires, I don't understand why they would remove heads.
I was thinking that it was possible neither kill was a scum kill, but your point about the kill flavor matching the opening of the game pokes a hole in that theory.

Good luck. Bad luck.

A 'serial killer' is gone, but so are two of the investigative Town roles. Where do we wish to go from here?

Ok, then do any of you have clues from your night results? Nothing happened to me, so the only stuff I got was in relation to my night action...

I'll be gone for the weekend, sorry. I'll be back on Monday to play again.

Birdy51, did anyone visit you last night?
Peradon, why did you mention your night action? It seems like you want us to question about it.
Flabort, which are you more worried about, a cult or a scum team?
Deus Asmoth, what does "rosebud" mean?

Also, I finished my finals! YAY!

Congrats with your finals!

Just saying that the only flavor I got is in relation to myself, not anyone else. Gotta explain why I'm asking someone else to do something, while not doing it myself.

Because I visited you last night. Wanted to see if you're being honest.

Flabort, which are you more worried about, a cult or a scum team?
If you're asking if I'm worried that the scum have a convert, yes, I'm worried about it, but it doesn't seem likely at this point.
So I'm more worried about the scum team being competent right now.

Ok, then do any of you have clues from your night results? Nothing happened to me, so the only stuff I got was in relation to my night action...
Nothing, which is unfortunate because I'm not contributing anything when I have nothing to share, but also a good thing.

Deus Asmoth, what does "rosebud" mean?
Pretty sure it means he's dead, Jim.

Tiruin: What are your thoughts so far?

Jack A T: Does this feel like typical day 2 to you, or do you also sense something is off?

I don't understand. It looks like 1 Scum and 2 Town dead to me. Is Necromancer a traditional "serial killer" role here? If there were 2 deaths last night doesn't that mean 2 separate kills - Scum, SK, or Vig? If Necro was an SK that would make for 3 night kills at game start, right? That seems like a lot to me in this size game.

I agree that beheading looks like Scum. Is "dagger" a traditional kill of a particular alignment here? Any other helpful clues in the GM writeup, compared with earlier games?

iirc a necromancer raises a dead body, and then the next night can use them to kill. They can't kill night 1. Also a Sexton would be able to see it.
Also there are other roles that can affected dead bodies, which is why the Sexton role exists in the first place.

It's also possible that one of our dead townies visited a PGO equivelent; which would be a werebear. So no, not that, since it was a dagger. If it were a werebear they'd be torn to shreds.

OSG:Why did you visit Birdy last night?
I have one of those roles where I basically just pick a name out of a hat and perform it on them since it has no strategic value until later.

Working on a big post right now, but basically I'm doing a full kill flavour analysis.  It will come in a few hours at most.

So the D1 bolt through the head is a Town Guard, but the 2 body inspectors might be 1 Town and 1 something else?
