After a few seconds an incredibly awkward car ride, made even worse by the laughing probably-not-a-taxi-driver in the front, Milenko speaks.

"Do you?"

"I... I don't know. I never think about my feelings."

Milenko gives her a weak smile.
"Not exactly healthy, doing that."

[Projeck37]

"What? Not thinking about my feelings?"

"What? Not thinking about my feelings?"

"Yeah, not healthy just to ignore them."

"Well, if I didn't, that Alice girl would be dead by now..."
Madi shrugs.
"Maybe I can think about it while we're on this trip. While I'm not busy with all of my Magic Theory work."

Fred reads the signs.

I can still hear. He then thinks for a moment.

A second later, Derek steps through a suddenly dark exact rectangle of purely dark space.

"Greetings. I am here to serve as Fred's speaker."

Do you want to hear about my problem from Derek? Fred signs

"I s-suppose so, i-if it's n-no t-trouble."
Larissa looks for someone she knows. One of her roommates, or one of the other people she knows, like Mimu or Torimus.

Derek frowns.

"That's troubling, Fred." He grimaces.

"Whoa. Do you know about his hosting a spirit?" He said, addressing Celia.

[Adragis]

"T-to be p-perfectly honest, I d-do not kn-know him well at all."

"Nobody does, really." Derek says jokingly, though his voice hints at the comment being serious. Fred scowls at Derek.

"Well, he shares a body with a mysterious entity. Even he doesn't really know much about it, except that it occasionally overcomes his mental defenses and tries to kill anything in sight."

Fred puts his hands up to the bandage around his eye.

"Occasionally, the spirit manages to take a somewhat more long-lived hold, and it begins to show."

Derek looks at Fred questioningly.

"Fred wants to know if you want him to show you what this means.

[mcclay]

"Well, if I didn't, that Alice girl would be dead by now..."
Madi shrugs.
"Maybe I can think about it while we're on this trip. While I'm not busy with all of my Magic Theory work."

Milenko nods and lets out a deep sigh.
"Well, better than nothing. Even if you don't like me that way, still friends?"

Celia jerks her neck. "I, I have n-n-no problem with it."

"Of course. It's not like you did anything wrong..."
Madi gives a light smile. She picks up her phone, shooting off a quick text.

So uh... Milenko just confessed to me.

Fred begins to unwind the bandage from around his head.

It reveals a large, strange...area, diagonally, going across his eye.

The area has blueish purple crystals sprouting out of the skin. The eye has also changed, and is darting about without heed of where the other eye is looking.

Fred suddenly bares his teeth in pain, and the crystal patch starts spreading.
