((That doesn't change the fact that your character would need such high bloodpressure that he has an extremely high chance of rupturing his heart with every single breath to randomly get a nosebleed from that. Average bloodpressure increase from seeing something sexually arousing is tiny without any stimulation. Real life doesn't work like anime.))
