Kumo spreads the energy into his body.
Something's not right.
Kumo then directs it all to his hand, and nothing happens.
"Huh?"

"Uhhh... Torimus? Are you okay? You've gone really quiet..."

"Um... I, don't... know."

"No. I'm not okay." He sighs, though it almost sounds like a growl. "I don't know what exactly you did, but there's some sort of emotion directed at you that's getting my Malice all worked up and uncontrollable. At least, I assume it's toward you, there's nothing else important that's happened recently."

"Um... I, don't... know."

"Probably. That or your aura needs to heal." Akia hands Kumo a ball of foxfire. It's alternating colors between an electric cyan and a brilliant orange every few seconds. Almost glitching between them. Would be weird if you had any knowledge of foxfire.

"Uhhh... Torimus? Are you okay? You've gone really quiet..."

"No. I'm not okay." He sighs, though it almost sounds like a growl. Larissa edges away a little after Torimus growls.
"Umm... confusion? W-would that do it?"

"No. I understand confusion. If I understood whatever the hell this emotion is, it wouldn't be a problem. I could plan for it. This... I don't get it. It's like it's twisting my Malice from a wind, which I can at least predict, to a fucking hurricane, blowing every which way around it."

Kumo takes the ball of foxfire.
"Th-thank, you."
Then Kumo holds it in front of him.
Why is it changing color?
Kumo sticks his tongue out and moves his head towards the foxfire, while moving the foxfire towards his face.

"Is it positive?"

"Occam says yes, since if it wasn't I'd know what the damned thing is."
