At this point Milenko is going through the multitude of pockets in his pants, bringing out items ranging from a shaving razor to a ham sandwich.

Fred slumps forward, and the crystals shrink into his skin. Occasionally, crystals rupture the surface of his skin like bubbles, but shrink back just as quickly. He breathes heavily, his head resting on his arms on the table.

He reaches into the folds of his yukata to pull out a rapier, a tea-tray and an elegant porcelain teapot.
