There is a generous pause, both from Ethon and from his game. Because he pauses it.
Then he sighs.
"Yes, it's true. I'm a dragon. But it's much easier to stay like this, mainly so I actually fit through doorways."
Ethon chuckles a little.
"Just... I would rather you didn't go telling everyone else, all right? It's not something I want the whole school to know."

((...he says, having told his roommate he was a dragon five minutes after they met. :P))
