"Ah, yes... what books have you read?"

"A few... While I do enjoy reading books, life at home is... complicated, so it's not often I get the chance to just sit down and read. Like I said, I tried reading the Inheritance Cycle, didn't enjoy it at all... I do have a compilation of many science fiction stories, and that is rather interesting. The Illmoor Chronicles were entertaining, for a time, so there's that. I liked Angels and Demons too, I'll admit."

Mimu hugs Larissa's leg in thanks and puts a baggie of orange chewy candies next to her before climbing into a chair next to her.

"I haven't heard of either of those last ones... what're they about?" Larissa looks at the bag, then at Mimu. "Aww, thanks, uhmm... what's your name?"

"The Illmoor Chronicles is a slightly... odd book series. It's technically about the adventures of some dwarf named Gordo and his barbarian friend... Groan, I think he was called. But, well, for one thing the beginning of the book is laid out like a stage play, with roles given to everyone and some of the place names are a bit weird. Like the Kingdom of Spittle. As for Angels and Demons... A famous scientist gets assassinated, some symbologist is brought in, and, well... I won't spoil it for you. You might want to read it at some point."

"I'll, uh, check the library."

"Hm. What books have you read, then?"

[Adragis]

"I read a lot of, um, romance, and a lot of science fiction. I especially like, umm... Artemis Fowl? I don't know if it's sci-fi or fantasy. It's kind of a young teen series, but I like it. I also like HP Lovecraft, HG Wells, a lot of authors from that sort of time period."

"I think I've heard of that series..."

"I'm Mimu!" She says with a grin, pointing at herself cheerfully.

"Good for you, child. I'm Jana. Jana Palamor, if you care about surnames."

"Well, if you've heard of it, you should probably read it. Good stuff." Larissa turns back to Mimu again. "I'm Larissa! Nice to meet you, Mimu." Larissa extends a hand.
