Alexandreus (Yourmaster)Stay for however long it takes to get the man to his people.
[3] The first five days were uneventful. You gathered the expected potions only to run into trouble on the sixth day.
"The storms, they're clustered around us!" shouts the old man, staring at the console. The whole control system of the ship is located on one arcade-machine-sized unit in the middle of the platform.
"I'm trying to maneuver us out of here, but it's no good. The storms are moving... I've never seen anything like this. I would guess the ship isn't equalizing charge across its surface correctly... But that doesn't explain the whirlpool below us..."On the viewscreen, you see radar images of clouds clustered around the vessel. There is indeed a monstrous whirling vortex below the ship. Whirlpool is an understatement. It's pulling the ship down.

Michel (Pancaek)"Again, mon ami, sorry about waking you up. I found a man inside of tube in outer space and my curiosity got the better of me. I don't rightly know what I could change your substrate to, do you have any suggestions?"
"Well, the current substrate is just a fancy kind of ferrofluid. I need something light. Iron filings would work, except they're too heavy. The ferrofluid is lighter. I thought you'd be able to say hocus pocus and make some kind of ultracool lithium gas that don't heat up or something. Guess you can't break physics, can ya?"[/quote]
All the while during the conversation, Saturn looms overhead. Something tells you the place has changed in the past eons. For starters, the rings are a lot thinner, or at least darker. It's hard to tell.

Resteroth (Coolrune206)"Resteroth immortal space wizard. Resteroth serious completely. Resteroth immune to effects of both life and death. Now, you any question for Resteroth?"
"Ah, so we have something in common then..." His voice portends a sinister smile.
"I am sure there is much to learn from each other. You see, contact with others of my caliber is sparse. But in fact, I've discovered quite the anomaly. Not one, not two, but three IR signatures were picked up by this ship's scanners on an intercept route, utilizing solar projections as reaction mass. The hallmark of wizardly travel. Indeed, I have reason to believe that there are four of us on this vessel right now. If we could gather ourselves together we could perhaps organize something great, for the progress of all lifeforms toward the goal of not only immortality, but the ability to transform others non-destructively. What say you?"Three other wizards? One is probably you, Tafaw is likely the second, but the third?
Tafaw seems to have remained in the back staring at bats. In fact, she seems to be holding a non-bat, an arm-sized bright blue and orange pterosaur that you never saw her with before, not in space either.

Naira Adverio (H4zardZ1)"Humanoid Liveforms! This is what i am looking for. Althrough a bit weird."
Follow the humanoids. If i meet them, say: "Hello, i am Naira Adverio, a human. Mind helping?"
If i have time: Make a clothing made from carbon fiber.
((Coolrune, mind me joining? I could edit my post.))
The humanoids don't seem pleased to meet you. Rather than responding, they huddle back. You hear clicking sounds emanating from behind cover.
[6] Nanotubes swirl around you, in seconds forming intricate braided patterns that would have taken a human machine days, if not weeks, to produce. Strips of cloth, ready to merge and take on different forms, form a swarm of ribbons circling endlessly.
A few of them gather around your limbs, but you stop the process as soon as you realize that your nanoweave is too rigid for clothing. You'll hardly be able to move inside it. However, the swarm of flying strips is ready to protect you from any flying harm that may come your way. It's almost superior to clothing, in a way.
