I'm not sure. Frankly, people are barely controlling the characters they do have, a third character might briefly alleviate that but isn't really a solution.

We're all aware of that as far as I can tell, but some people (I can only speak for me ) would just like a third character slot. I used to have buckets of characters because, well, I like experimenting.

For the most part, I'm letting players do plots if they OK it with me first. If certain conditions are met, I may start an actual plot that has a 90% chance of ending with the masquerade being irrevocably broken.
