Hotels have extra beds they can wheel in. What the hell guys it's that simple.

Seems needlessly complicated to illusion a fuckload of sleeping bags. Not to mention illusioning normie sleeping bags would not be an option.

The school likely has about 300-400 people total, based on descriptions. This is a large 5 star hotel. Likely about 100 rooms per floor. Each individual room normally would have two beds. Conjoined rooms are counted as two rooms.

That means 600 beds. More than enough room. Even if we went up to a 600 student estimate, which is unlikely cause that would require NPC normies to take a larger part in things due to plentifulness.

Or they could be using that magical room stuff, making the rooms modifiable, it would also make it impossible to talk through the walls.

Actually, that's a really good idea for a hotel, so much easier when you can just magic everything.

Wiles and Jason could be sorted into Yuri, Ethon or James' dorm, Celia could form one with Selina, Mimu and Rip/bols or you could assign two of the girls and have one be a pair to a room.

Seems unnecessary to magic every single room. There's a reason all the dorm rooms are physically built. Yes they could be magiced, sure. However it's a needless waste of energy and time.

It's a bit of a software trick I learned at school, though it's hard to remember the numbers. I just look up Thorn (letter) on Wikipedia, and it has the code.
Also, technically the runic alphabet is called fužark, not futhark. I just use it for ease of reading.

Waste of energy? Compared to what? There are plenty of time and energy wasters, like turning the water green for St. Patrick's day, or celebrating Christmas.
Unlike those, having modifiable rooms in a place where supernatural creatures tend to sleep, is actually useful.
