Myself and Blitz have reached a rather hilarious conclusion about Yuri.

Well it's late, so Kevak is probably sleeping. I saw he was up to 7 am, so I told him to get some sleep.
So yeah, it's on hold for now.

Though regarding fur color, there's also white and black foxes, even black with white (silver fox).
So it wouldn't surprise me that there's orange foxes.

Well, it's as vivid orange as fur gets, but then again, maybe becoming Inari makes your color more vivid.

What is that? What even is that? Magic isn't an energy, it's a framework, and barring some Empiricist-type quantum stuff, you can't exactly absorb a logic structure.

You dispel magic.

You absorb supernatural energy, which, since Kitsune are supernatural beings, does include foxfire, and Malice, and Pandora's Misfortune

Twinwolf pointed out to me, that i might want to explain my claim that John currently isn't affected by foxfire (or other non fire-/ice-/electro-/wind-magic for that matter) in the way Kiri thought it would be.

Well, while the rather lengthy (18584 characters, including line break and carriage return long to be exact) background, powers and abilities information, i sent him/her before i posted the basic description of my char in this thread, doesn't state that point outright it, does contain enough info to get this reply:

I can understand it. It's basically, as long as he isn't aware that something is out of the limits of his human form, he can do it. Like firing a gun long after he ran out of ammo.

You should however explain this in the OOC, so nobody calls cheater on your character.
