I deleted it before reading he does not have that ability. He might learn if he drains enough of their life force though. He can "see" what is around him though.

There are a few buildings of note:

The Dorms - They're near the gates onto campus.

The main school building - Northwest of the dorm building.

The Gym - Opposite side of campus to the dorms

Sports Field - behind the gym

Normal Library - attached to the main school building.

Then there's the lower school...

The Drop - Dropping from a chasm in the gym, into the middle of the lower school

Alternate Entrance - Lower on the hill that the school is on

Classrooms - they're all pretty near the drop

Modular Room - A pocket dimension that can be adjusted to the user's needs, and can have multiple instances

Infinite Library - A Library containing every book that has ever existed.

The Labyrinth - Exactly what it sounds like.

During the morning, normal classes. Afternoon, the supernaturals go to the lower school for the more specialized classes. The humans stay in the upper school. The humans don't know about the supernaturals, with the exception of human teachers and other staff in the upper school.

To train quick reactions to circumstances that may reveal the supernatural world in a somewhat controlled setting. There's punishment if they had plenty of time to hide the Supernatural stuff and didn't, causing a reveal.
