Heh, that kegare thing was funny. I remember there being a huge shitstorm about how apocalyptically powerful it was and it got contained in a few minutes. Admittedly, with the local GM Beatstick, but still, it's always funny to see hype of an ability or thing drastically oversell it's actual performance.

It wouldn't achieve much anyway, Kumo is way out of his league.
Basically, Kumo can't be a threat, it's physically impossible. The biggest threat is him getting killed, because people would have to hide his body.

Description: Once there was this kid who got into an accident and couldn't come to school. But when he finally came back, his hair had turned from black into bright white. He couldn't quite explain it, said it'd always been there. He was transferred to Eclipse Heights due to certain... other tendencies after the incident Even at this school which deals with students with many unusual requirements, William needs a good deal of mental health support, being prone to bursts of panic and paranoia, interacting with things which do not seem to be there, seeming completely disconnected from reality and substituting his own, and generally unpredictable behavior. At times the quiet, boring, mild-mannered person he once was shows through, though.

Does he know of the supernatural world?

Yes. He's seen some shit, and the eldricht knowledge has burned itself into his brain so that he can't simply be memory wiped and returned to normal. He's basically human, but supernatural stuff tends to happen around him (and his brain may or may not now be a conduit to Somewhere Else).

Well, it's more that he's persistent. That and the Kegare manifestation doesn't really like authority. So it was a symbolic victory for the corrupted Kumo, while it lasted.
If it had gone on however, he might've started tampering with the tail ring and teleport away.
