Well, it isn't like Tor's locked into hating everything like Plutarch is since he's comprised of Malice which is more of a corruptive force that includes anger rather than just including anger if I recall correctly. And you did mention that it could absorb lust, so Tor could always just have some sort of suppressed lust, which is pretty much equivalent to the Freudian representation of love if I recall correctly

To put it in perspective, the type of lust he isn't just 'wanting to do bed things with you'.
