Unless Twin gets bored of it, probably not, since the Principal is a god and will whip the shit out of anyone stupid enough to try and make it that way.

If he does, though, I'd give it until the RP starts to dry up (which it will, when most of the spares are paired), which tends to kill games like this very quickly. Cue TA fuckery.

Yeah, the weapon unlike the others of its type (rocket-propelled support pillars, giant explosive energy sniper cannons, miniature nuclear missile launch platforms, one-hundred-and-thirty-barreled multi-directional energy cannon arrays, and, giant turbine plasma blades) requires the user's arm to be blown off. Probably to balance it's very fast charge rate.
