Correct. Which is why the laws of physics would need to be close enough to the initial that they wouldn't suffer Critical Existence Failure.

There's also the possibility of adjoined dimensions and planes of existence all being part of one big Bubble. Which ends when the main universe ends. Resulting in adjoining planes dying as well.

Except statistically speaking, it is very unlikely that the laws of physics are remotely close enough in the negative-pressure false vacuum. So death is near certain.

A dimension is effectively a degree of freedom. You can't move to a higher or lower dimension, but you can move along a dimensions (like how things move in three dimensions). Issue is, in the specified model, leaving the universe results in leaving where the laws of physics permit their existence.
