It's probably because logically determining whether an attack hits or not requires knowledge of some form of martial arts. Which I don't think anyone here has much training in. Even then, they'd still probably only be qualified to determine the style they know about it.

That's why stats are important: it turns otherwise random combat into a narrative support which actually relates to the characters. Still, RTD rules the roost in this game because it's easy.

But, all the outcomes are uncertain. I don't think anyone here is qualified to talk about the outcomes, especially not when people just say something like "X punches Y" without additional detail.
